When the last tree disappears, Hippocrocotortiduck sets off through jungles, rivers, waterfalls, caves and mountains searching for it. Along the way he meets unusual animals, solves funny problems, and learns that helping others often points him toward his own goal.
In the final chapter he discovers the magnificent rainbow fruit tree — and realizes sharing the fruit is far sweeter than eating it alone.
